Teen Summer Reading

sign-up and receive your Summer Reading Log!

Read books, do activities, win prizes!  

This year teens aged 12-18 can fill out a reading log to keep track of their reading progress, and activities!

Read, attend programs, and turn the log in, get a prize!

To get started, take one of our Teen Summer Reading Logs to keep track of your participation.

Once the log is full it can be turned in for a prize!

Remember, all reading counts–read a book, magazine, comic book/ graphic novel, or e-book; listen to an audio book; read aloud to a sibling; read aloud with your family.

Reading Log must be turned in by Friday August 22nd at 2 p.m.

• Tuesday, June 24th: First day to pick-up a reading log at the library’s Summer Reading Kick-Off & Ice Cream Social! 
• Tuesday July 1st:  Tie-Dye Day! (ages 6-16)
• Wednesday July 2nd:  Greek Myth Day
• Wednesday July 2nd:  Learn To Bake
• Wednesday July 23rd:  Hunger Games Trivia (All Ages!)
• Wednesday July 30th:  Moss Aquariums
• Tuesday August 5th:  Anime Watch Party
• Thursday August 7th:  Drumming Workshops
  • Workshop Ages 8-15
  • Workshop Ages 16+
• Wednesday August 13th:  Murder Mystery
• Friday August 22nd: Reading Logs are due!
