Adult Summer Reading 2023

Find Your Voice – Adult Summer Reading
June 16th – August 18th
Welcome to Find Your Voice: Adult Summer Reading 2023 at the Monson Free Library!
Read books, do activities, win prizes!
Adults aged 19 and up join our Summer Reading Challenge and enter to win prizes by playing Bingo.
There’s so much going on this summer. Check out our events calendar!
Adults participating in Summer Reading can play Summer Reading Bingo!
This year we have two different bingo games, one just for reading and one to spotlight our e-resources. You can choose to do one or both. Use the bingo cards to keep track of the challenges you finish. The more bingo spots you fill, the more chances to win prizes you get!
Stop by the library to pick up a copy of the bingo cards, or print your own with the link below.
Bingo cards must be turned in by August 18th @ 2 p.m.
Use the Book Lists below to help find books that fit the Bingo challenges!
The 100 Most Banned and Challenged Books of the Last Decade!
Some books on these lists overlap and can count toward multiple Bingo squares!
These book lists are just a small sample of the books available in these categories, if you would like more recommendations contact the library or stop by to talk to a librarian!
“Find Your Voice” statewide summer library program is sponsored by the Monson Free Library, the Friends of the MFL, MLS, MBLC, and the IMLS.
