Friends of the Library
Since 1972, the Friends have continued to support the Library in bringing quality, specialized programs to your community! We have sponsored author’s visits, aided in updating the Library’s collection and have provided financial resources for basic requests that just don’t fall into the Library’s day to day budget!
The Friends are able to accomplish all of this through the ongoing support of their membership and fundraising efforts.
As a member of the Friends, you offer your support to these vital programs, and you are welcome to join us in planning special events and helping out at fundraisers. We staff a booth annually at the Monson Arts Council Craft Fair and we participate in Summerfest parade. Throughout the year, Friends provide refreshments and support to special events held at the Library.
